| Message from Coach Slater: Hi Girls, I hope everyone is doing well! I know fall sports are going very well - keep it up! Michelle Hart-Miller has started a lifting time for all girls on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4:45 for those that are not playing a fall sport. It is a great way to start getting prepared for our upcoming lacrosse season. We will start our out of season lifting program in late November for all Lacrosse players, days and times to follow. We will be having a meeting in early November for parents and players about our upcoming season stay tuned. Go Lancers! |
